“I purchased the matching necklace & received a welcome $20 off voucher. So I decided to use it & buy the earrings. It kept reverting to the original price when I used the voucher. So I rang & the lady said not to worry, she would definately fix the problem. She then came back & said it couldn't be fixed. I was disappointed but decided not to buy them. My husband then clicked on purchase the item as he wanted me to have them. It was nice of him. But I was upset about the voucher. I also thought they were a bit larger than they were. So I didn't find it a good experience.”
