“I mean, I'm sure it does the job. Unfortunately I purchased this to use as a silent alarm for early morning gym workouts and the sensor light on the underside was so bright that I couldn't use it.
I was then given the run around about a return and refund, told no (which directly contradicted the online shopping policy on their website) and finally when I escalated it I managed to return it. However, I asked if I was able to return it in store but no response whatsoever, so therefore I am out the cost of postage to purchase and return it, which made it hardly worth retruning.
Honestly, the product was ok but the customer servise was so below average it's put me off shopping with Zamel's again.”
