We're so sorry but we did not receive any your cancellation request from you before. As our cancellation policy, after your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Please check our policy carefully before you decide to order. We just knew you would like to cancel when we got your dispute information.
All our items are made and sold on-demand, so if it is in processing, we could not accept your cancellation. Hope you understand for that.
