“We did not have the flag in time for a rally. Took forever to get to us. Ordered another flag from another company and got here timely. Won’t use you again. And we just saw the grommets are not through the whole flag. We now have to do that. Terrible”
Hi Michelle, thanks for your feedback. Normally, it takes about 2-4 business days to process and 7-10 business days to ship. We noted the shipping time on our website. You ordered on Oct 3rd, we tried our best to complete and ship it out asap, so you received your package on Oct 20th. Basically we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion. We feel sorry to say that we only design, process and print the flag, we don't make the grommets through the flag. Hope you understand for us! Wish you a happy weekend!
