“Falsely advertised merchandise. This is NOT ANYTHING like the doormat pictured, which I’m sure most buyers assume and expect (a tough, bristly mat which 1/2” (at least) of pile. This is useless garbage. It’s a photo printed onto rubber to imitate the look of what you expect a doormat to me. It’s so thin that it arrives folded many times. Unbelievable that you feel ok selling this product without being up front on what it really is.”
