“You sent the wrong door mat and the mat was poor quality. I requested a refund and included a picture with information to prove that I got the wrong mat. I sent my request for a refund via email since your company offers no phone number and you did not include a return slip or receipt in the package. Its been almost 2 weeks and you still have not responded. I'm still waiting for my refund (or at least some kind of response from you!) MAJOR RIP OFF !!!”
