“I bought the lyra insert a couple of years ago during Covid. 1) Because I was bored and couldnt get out to pole and 2. Because it was too hot to pole outside and I wanted to be able to work out inside where the ceilings weren't high enough for the stage pole. It's amazing. Absolutely loved being able to work out at home and learn a new skill. It saved my mental health. A ++++++”
