This is a comprehensive, well-organized tome for helping target every muscle group that needs conditioning. It should be on every serious pole athlete's shelf whether beginner or advanced. There is no fluff in here. Every page has beautiful, clear photos and explanations. There is an online video library you can use as well, but you may not need it depending on your pre-existing knowledge of PT and exercise principles. A few bucks cheaper on this website than on Amazon.

While I have not had the book for long I have looked through it all and found it simply amazing. It will take some time to get through many of the exercises. I am looking forward to doing so. Carrie

What an amazing resource. As a Fitness & Pilates instructor, when Im embarking on a new found fitness passion I tend to become obsessive about knowing all the intricate details - the movements, muscles , prehab etc etc ... this book is nothing short of remarkable and I couldn't be happier to have found it. The knowledge, explanations and photos in this book have stoked a fire in my belly and im pumped ! As a 39yr old with 2 kids, having the photos with Heidi, your ridiculously amazing 'senior' pole dancer was fricken spot on and made me feel so much more comfortable about taking on this new sport!
