If you are a bit of a pole nerd and you want to know how to improve your pole skills, this book if for you. It’s incredibly detailed and provides you with extensive information about pole training, conditioning and tricks. It’s the most comprehensive pole book I’ve come across so far.

This is really really informative, especially to people who are new to pole. I suffer a lot with joint hyper mobility and this has some good exercises and tips on how to safely stretch my body, and prepare it for pole. I’ve waited ages for this to come into stock and I’m so glad I finally got my hands onto a copy :)

The book is detailed in understanding our bodies for doing pole. If every pole dancer read it in the beginning there would be less injuries and more confident pole dancers!

Everything is in this book - for beginners to intermediates who want to know how to strengthen and get a good solid foundation. It starts with correlating body strengthening exercises for specific pole moves. Then lastly how to work on routines. I know this book will be my pole bible for many many years
