“The novel design of watch attracts a many views, especially in Europe. It is very comfortable and in reality it looks better than on the picture. It is easy to tell what time is it, if you know how. I miss a window with the date. But I am very satisfied that I have an excellent unfailing watch.”

Onto the customer service. I initially ordered the silver black variant of the watch. I then changed this to the silver navy.
A sales representative confirmed that my changed had been acknowledged, even changing my order information.
When I received the watch, I had to pay another £25 for customs fee (despite paying shipping costs of $30). To top it off, I received the wrong watch. Having specified the navy silver, I got the black silver.
I am still to receive some sort of compensation for this error!”
