They refused to take back the second watch and send out a different mystery watch. Ended up selling it to a 3rd party but come on Xeric get your crap together. It wouldn’t have killed you to take back the second watch. I’ve spent thousands with you and this is how you treat a loyal customer?”
“The crown loosen up and start to un-screw itself while adjusting time. I can only adjust the watch in counter clockwise, or else watch hands will not move at all.”

Though I’ve always worn watches for my own satisfaction, not for compliments, The unique face on the Halograph drew a lot of attention. I loved it enough that I ordered another mystery watch, and received the Evergraph. Both have become a fixture on my wrist, and are competing with my Tag and Omega for what I put on in the morning. I truly can’t recommend this brand enough, and am planning on buying a third after I send this review.”
