“The watch is great! I am very glad I ended up with it. The buttons are a little odd and not as responsive as I expected. When I first received the watch I thought it was broken.
Also when I received the watch the back wasn’t screwed on and there was a missing screw.
I solved these issues myself. If it wasn’t for the QC problem it would be 5 stars.”
“Just received the watch, really wanted the Trappist, but that’s fine. But clearly this was a returned watch from another customer, there was a scratch on the case, the buckle and three of the four screws holding the case together where loose?? really not cool, not a happy customer, Live and learn. I wanted to buy another watch but unfortunately I will not be a return customer and will not recommend to anyone Xeric. The worse, I wrote to them and they never replied back, nice customer service! 👎👎👎👎👎”

“A bit disappointed because I placed the order and then had a thought to see which watches they had at the lowest price. After sorting by price from low to high, I saw that their most ugly watch, the Soloscope SQ was also deeply discounted. Most likely to clear excess inventory. I figured I'd be getting that watch, and I did. Makes me question the likelyhood of getting one their better or more in demand watches...Oh well...it's the gamble you take I guess.”
