“This is definitely high quality creatine, I can notice it straight away. I marked it down because it's really expensive per serve (especially when best results are double scooping) and also it makes me feel a bit sick. I'm not a hard gainer, I handle food and calories easily and still this is still very rich and sickly sweet for me, so I think the target group of hardgainers will really struggle.
But still, it's good stuff to run for a month or two for some accelrated gains”
