“Well, what should I say. I havent touched protein shakes for over a decade and now trying them again all I can say is, they work and they taste absolutely horrible.
Aside from the typical protein shake flavour I find this particular product to sweet, but again that was the case for all of the flavoured shakes I have tried thus far.
What works best for me is mixing a scoop with only a very small amount of liquid in order to get a low volume goo. After adding some cinnamon the flavor is tolerable and most importantly gone with just one gulp or two.”
