Does the job it should, recovery has been spot on. Bit heavy on Carbs but my bad for getting one that has them in it.
Taste great for chocolate and mixes well for an evening cup of hot Protein which is nice as others tend to not mix so well.”
“My bag came open and lots of protein powder was lost in the process.
I believe it was easy to notice and staff neglected to put a proper bag.
Could easily be contaminated.
