Meal plan is extremely good. I chose the vegan diet and I got a bunch of different recipes to choose from. All minimally processed foods with macros and calories shown. Not many ingredients, still tasty. The workout plan has a number of different exercises, good demonstration videos with written instructions. PBs are stored, so progressive overload is easier next time.
