“This was a perfect fit in my Land Rover Freelander 2. Once I removed the factory fit navigation screen and worked out how it all connects, the installation was fairly easy. I am so impressed with everything this unit does, it has transformed my car from having the dated and old fashioned navigation system to all the latest Android auto features and so much more. I highly recommend these units, it's the best thing I have ever bought for my car.”
“This is a nice unit and seems to do all I need. One or two worries though, after it has been in use for about 6 hours it gets quite warm and the screen becomes very unresponsive eventually ignoring all of my touches. If I turn it off and leave it overnight it works ok the next day. No matter how I try I cannot get Andriod Auto to connect to my Samsung a22 with a USB connection. It connects ok with Bluetooth but I have had it “drop out” while driving and consequently lost my satnav I was following which was running on my phone. It isn’t a case of just re-connecting to continue where I was with the satnav, it has to be restarted and reprogrammed which is worrying if it happens on a motorway. I thought it safer to use a usb connection which should not drop out but that will not connect even though I follow all the instructions.”
