I’ve also mixed it in a nutribullet blender with ice, which makes the shake extra frothy, and the texture is more like a smoothie. Overall I’m impressed with the consistency, texture, and flavor. The product has 20 grams of protein per serving which makes this a meal replacement which kept me fuller for longer and satisfied my hunger levels for about 4 hours between meals.
