“I love flex because without I couldn’t get out of bed and function daily without it.
What I don’t like is the new back office app because I cannot change anything with it. When I think it is working it never changes I don’t like having to call every month to get my order. They sssure me every month that it should work the next month but it doesn’t. I’ve been doing this for several years just fine but not since you changed it. I get so frustrated that I am considering quitting Xyngular even though I like the products.”
