“Ordered 2 bowl/o-ring kits because our original one developed a small crack, after a couple of years. Installed the new one and it cracked in the same place (bottom side of the bowl). Hopefully the other one will hold up more than a week.”

“Getting the parts needed wasn't the big deal but the service was AWESOME!! I called with a few questions to insure I had the right part. The young lady that answered the phone was very helpful and guided me through identifying the correct parts needed and getting them ordered on the website.
