“We think the rain chains were a great touch for our front porch. The acorn design was a natural with all the oak trees in the yard! We're happy with the quality and performance. I didn't realize the cups would be shipped individually and need to be assembled, but that was easy to do. We put them together in groups of 6, feeling they would be easier to work with than the entire chain. The connecting wires are threaded to accept a small knurled nut on each end and extra nuts were included, a nice touch. The hangers included with the chains were not a good fit for our downspouts but we found other hangers. We ordered our 2 chains separately because we weren't exactly sure what size to get - and though we measured about 10 feet from the bottom of the downspout to the ground, the 10 foot chain was 2 cups too long. So we ordered the standard 8.5' chain for the other side and added the 2 cups to it. Perhaps I should have called and talked to someone before ordering but again it worked out fine.”
