“This Munro 3/4 HP pump replaced a Wayne 1 HP pump with no problem. The output seemed to be just the same. The only problem was that I used an older online version of the specifications that listed different (shorter) overall length dimensions for the Munro. I had somewhat of a hard time squeezing the longer pump into a rather confined space. Also I had to replace the bottom drain plug (since it was nearly inaccessible in its current setup) with some 1/4" pipe and a ball valve. Overall the new pump seems to be working just fine.”
