“First off, the grate is terrific. It's solid and substantial. I'm sure that it'll be the last grate I'll ever need and that I'll be ordering more as gifts. Second, the customer service from Yard Outlet couldn't have been better. Briefly, I received the wrong size grate. I contacted Yard Outlet, who contacted Aspen Industries (it had been drop-shipped from the manufacturer). Within about 24 hrs, the correct grate was en route, and, within about 48 hrs, the new one arrived. It was a perfect outcome to an unfortunate incident.
