“We bought this for my son’s 3rd birthday, having 2 older children we already own a lot of big toys so was looking for something different for him. It has been extremely well received and played with, the favourite so far is kenetic sand, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of it, it’s bigger than I thought which means all the children can play together. It is also plenty sturdy enough with the 3 year old having climbed in it whilst it was on the stand! I’m looking forward to setting more activities up on it and watching the children enjoy it.”

“This tuff tray has jumped in and out my basket for so long and I'm glad I finally bought it! I was a bit worried after a review left but I thought I'd buy it anyway as I've never had any problems with the customer service, ours arrived in perfect condition it's really good quality and super fast delivery I can see it getting so much use from both of my children such a versatile product would definitely recommend it!!”

“Product arrived in a broken and open box. The stand was shrink wrapped but the tray had no protection and had clearly been damaged in transit. It was covered in scratches and buff marks and was badly warped. I contacted customer service and was first told that the product is to be played with (really?!) so will get scratched - I would have liked to have made that decision for myself and let my children be the ones to do so, not careless packers and delivery drivers. I was then informed that the scratches were a natural part of the product (?!) I was also told that the warping was natural and I would need to reshape it with a hairdryer! I cannot have a replacement tray as ‘the same thing might happen again’. I now have a product unfit for purpose, no tray for my children to play with and have the inconvenience of arranging for it to be collected. The tray by the way is really ugly even if it had been in perfect condition but would have put up with that for the fun it would have given my, now very disappointed, children. This is not the first time I’ve had faulty products from Yes Bebe and am shocked at the dismissive attitude of customer service, as well as the very poor quality of this product.”
