“The procedure of ordering the necklace, receiving the documents to enable us to get the hand and foot print, emailing it over to you and getting the necklace was very quick and very easy to do. We were notified the whole time of how the procedure was going and when to expect the necklace. Cannot fault the customer service and the quality of the necklace.
