“I brought a handprint necklace for my friends birthday but wanted it to be a surprise-Lucy at hand on heart was fantastic at ensuring this could happen. Also when I submitted the prints it was close to my friends birthday-I again sent another message to see if it would be ready in time as I had left it so late. I was told that it would be delivered the latest 2 days after her birthday but they would put a note on the system. The necklace arrived 2 days after I had messaged and in plenty of time for my friends birthday!She absolutely loves her necklace and I have been really impressed by the service I received from hand on heart-thank you so much! “I ordered a necklace with my little girls handprint, footprint and name and I absolutely love it!! Was a little gutted about the length of the necklace as it was rather short so had to go and buy a different one to fit comfortably but other than that I LOVE IT! ❤️”
