The ordering process was easy, the kits arrived in good time, although uploading several prints on your website took some time, it would be helpful to be able to upload several prints together rather than one at a time. I was notified when my prints were accepted and all the way through to despatch. The necklaces arrived quickly, and were packaged well. Knowing who engraved them is a nice touch. My daughter was very happy with them, and would recommend you.”
