“I got my first set of prints made in to pendants 4.5years ago, of my then baby girl & little boy. Unfortunately last year I lost the pendant with my little girl’s handprint on & was devastated! I know I could have just got another print of her hand now, but the sentimentality of knowing it was her baby hand & that if I just replaced it with her hand now it’d be bigger than her brother’s just didn’t sit right! My husband emailed & amazingly Hand on Heart do keep the original prints so gave us the reference number & I just ordered it again with no issues!
