Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we are terribly sorry to hear that you have not been 100% happy with your HoH experience and would love to resolve this for you.It looks very much like your jewellery has begun to tarnish which, although unsightly, can be fixed very quickly and easily. Tarnish is a chemical reaction which affects the compounds within Sterling Silver and the most common source is through contact with moisture in the air and substances such as perfume, water or lotions. We find that it occurs much faster during the warmer months due to the higher levels of heat and moisture in the air and on the skin.As a first point of action, and to determine that the problem is indeed tarnish, we will arrange for a Sterling Silver Polish Cloth to be sent to you, free of charge.
