“I ordered this necklace to always have a reminder of my still baby as we had his footprints. Necklace arrived within 10 days. Engraving was done wonderfully however the heart pendant had a few scratches.. when I messaged HOH they were very apologetic and sent out a newly engraved pendant for free within a few days. Fantastic company and service. Would recommend to all as you won't be disappointed in your product.”

“From the start the customer service was second to none. All my emails were answered promptly and any questions were answered throughly. I sent prints that I already had which they confirmed I could use. The whole process was hassle free which is always a bonus. When my necklace arrived I was overwhelmed at the detail. It was amazing. This is my second necklace from hand on heart as I received a “Time stood still” necklace as a gift last year. I love both of them equally but I will admit since getting my new necklace I have worn it everyday. Cannot recommend this company enough. I am now currently thinking of my next item as they are all so lovely”
