“I was a bit worried but, it was so easy to do, once ordered, they sent out everything so I could return the ashes, for the necklace I picked. I was informed of the progress every step of the way, from letting me know they had received the ashes to sending my item out. When it arrived it was beautifully packaged, with a certificate of authenticity, a lovely well made box to keep it in when I am not wearing it. I would definitely recommend and would use again. It’s beautiful, I couldn’t ask for more.”

“From the initial contact, to the final product, superb service. Mum and I love having a piece of dad with us at all times. If I had one comment, it would be that the chain is difficult to put on and take off due to the tiny last link in the chain. As mum and I both have arthritis, we struggle with the tiny link. It does not stop us from recommending this company highly however.”

“My overall experience with Hand on Heart was amazing. The lovely velvet pouch, to send my Mum's ashes in, arrived quickly and I received an email as soon as they received the ashes back. I was initially undecided between the teardrop necklace and the oval necklace, as I was unsure whether the teardrop shape pendant would be a good size. I preferred the shape of the teardrop pendant so decided to order that one. I am so glad I did! Its absolutely beautiful and a lovely size to wear daily. I had the back of the pendant engraved with 'Mum', which looks lovely. The necklace also arrived in lovely packaging and a beautiful box. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hand on Heart Jewellery.
