They kept us updated with every single step of the journey from when we first placed the order to when the jewellery was delivered. We gifted my mum the year drop necklace for her 50th birthday using her Dads ashes and had an engraving on the back with his handwriting on it. This absolutely made her birthday and she said “it feels like dad is with her on her special birthday” and that it felt like the necklace was a gift from him.
