“Our ashes were returned opened all over the inside of the box. Not a very nice thing to do at all having to clear them and put them away safely. Shame because the necklace we ordered is pretty. Definitely wouldn't recommend them though, it's not worth the risk.”

I did not realise that it must not get wet and to take it off every day to shower is really difficult with arthritic fingers and a very tiny clasp and NO keeper ring at the other end. I shall look for another chain that is more user friendly and in the meantime it will have to stay in its box”
