“It was an excellent service, this is the 2nd ring I have bought from Hand on Heart. The ring is beautiful, however I'm disappointed as it has turned my daughters finger green. This didn't happen with the previous ring that I bought for my son, so I'm surprised. 4 stars instead of 5”

The green discolouration can sometimes occur due to a reaction between the skin and the metal. “Absolutely in love with the ring I ordered for my mum with my sisters ashes in, such a thoughtful keepsake. So easy to do and got kept up to date with emails through out the process saying they’ve received the ashes and when the ring was dispatched finished back to us. Made it easier knowing everything was going well will be doing more orders when my sisters children are older so they can have a keepsake of their mum too thank you so much”
