I was kept informed of progress all along the way.The only negative comment, which is not to do with Hand on Heart production, quality or service, is to do with the delivery of the precious item - it was simply left behind my bins at the front of my property all day in foul weather.”

“From start to finish hand on heart handled my late dad's ashes with so much care and consideration. They kept us informed constantly. Due to ordering soo close to Christmas we didn't think it would come in time but low and behold 3 days before they turned up. Both me and my mum couldn't wait an extra few days to have them on ♡ we feel soo much closer to my dad and having him with us always has helped the grief process much more easier. We recommend you guys to our work friend who lost her mother in law and her partner is soo much happier having her ring now too. Thank you guys xx”

“Having lost my Mum, dad & sister within a 3 week period, has been absolutely heartbreaking. Nothing anyone can say or do makes it any easier. I wasn't sure about cremation jewellery at first, but I love the ring it is beautiful & has brought be some comfort knowing I now have them with me.
