“I'm used to using exercise mats that are thick, foam material. While I like that style, I find my feet slip and I'm not able to hold planks and pushups as easily because my feet keep sliding backwards off the mat.This particular Yoga Hero mat is perfect and solves that problem!!!!This Yoga Hero mat has a very nice, non-slip top on it. While it's not squishy, it's provides a lot of support for my feet and legs. The fabric top isn't scratchy and seems to stay clean after a ton of uses.The bottom side of the mat is more of a rubberized material. This allows the mat to roll out nicely and it stays 100% flat on the floor without edges rolling up or sliding around.This mat is pretty heavy so it's a bit difficult to carry on my back while I'm commuting on my bike. But it's totally worth it because of how well this mat works! And can we talk about how beautiful the pattern is??”
“very high quality mat....and lets great real, the design is part of what u pay for here....the 3.5mm thickness is OK for some, depends on your weight and how sensitive your body is to hard surfacesgood feel, easy to roll up, and great size, longer than most... towel is nice twist...mat has all the buzz words, vegan enviro friendly....the pure rubber feels better than the synethic mats...its prob. the nicest mat I have tried...u get what you pay for!recommended !”
