“Purchased to be able to practice while away from home. I use the manduka pro mat at home which is in a different league but the travel mat is fit for purpose - can fold and fit in a backpack and is sufficiently lightweight. Knees did hurt when using the travel mat on a hard floor but was still possible to practice. Untested on carpet as of yet but will no doubt be much better. Creases from folding the mat eventually fell out after use and storage by keeping it rolled while I was away. Topside grip is okay, may improve with use as with the manduka pro mat, but doesn’t seem as good overall. Due to it being much lighter in weight I noticed I had to flatten it out between a few poses, although hardly ever experience this with the manduka pro mat.”
