“This mat is fantastic. The grip is brilliant so I don't slide around and the extra length and width is very useful as I'm a 6 ft 3in man and have struggled with Mat's I've had before. I also really like the centre line as a reference point for seated twists and warrior poses etc. The mat is thick and soft enough to be comfortable even on hard wooden flooring it also came with a high quality bag for travel which was a nice surprise. Very happy with my purchase.”
