“the product is of great quality. I gave it a 1 star because of the customer service. The communication is terrible. I didn't receive a receipt after purchase, only a form email. Then it took almost 2 months to receive my item. I only received some type of communication because I sent an email threatening to report them to the BBB and dispute the charge with my credt card company company. If business has gotten that overwhelming, shut down and regroup. You are ruining your reputation.”
