“The concept is great, the actual product design is a fail. I cannot get the swim turban on my head. Size says stretches up to 24”, I did not find this to be true. I have sisterlocs and cannot get this on my head. It’s extremely tight, with very little stretch.

“I order 2 Onyx and only received 1. I received an email from your company only advising to check with my delivery service. I don't need to because 1 onyx and 1 sand were sent in the same package, so if my receipt show 3 items why I only received 2.”

“The order time to arrival is very long. If you order and expect your item to arrive in a week, it isn’t happening. I reached out to customer service and didn’t get a proper response for some time. The sad part was that I ordered the item before my over a week before my vacation and I went on my vacation, came back and the item still didn’t arrive. In addition, I couldn’t get the turban on my daughters head without using a lot of strength. This item isn’t easy to use. I don’t know if it is because it is too small or if the quality is off. It is a lovely idea though.”
