“I didn't get an opportunity to use the product. It took 23 days for me to receive it. I order the product 14 days prior to my trip. I even paid for rush order. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with YGN processing and delivery time. It's extremely poor. The product is extremely expensive compared to all other swim caps, but the service is bad. It takes away from the joy and excitement of using the product. Right now, the purpose was defeated.
Because of how long it took to receive the product, I can't wholeheartedly recommend the product to anyone. Reason #1, I didn't get the opportunity to try it. Reason #2, it will 4-6 weeks to receive the product, depending on their geographic location.”
“I saw another lady wearing it & decided to give it a try. It fits VERY snugly on my head-the silicone is no joke! It was easy to put on. When I hit the pool I was pleasantly surprised-very little water got in-just a bit in the back of my hair! I was told that if you wear a headband it stops leaking. Very happy so far-maybe a larger size for bigger heads.”
“I was so excited to receive my swim turban. I took my first swimming lesson yesterday with a friend who also purchased the swim turban by my advice. We looked beautiful in the swim turban and it seemed really airtight like water would not enter. During our swim lessons we learned to float on our backs and emerge our head in the water. Water entered the cap slowly throughout the lesson and we made several attempt to readjust the turban because water got in our ears. After the swim we took our cap off and our hair was wet in the back and sides but the top was dry. I am disappointed in your product because it did not keep my hair dry. Overall I like the quality but I really need a product that minimizing getting my hair wet. Do you have any suggestions?”
“I ordered this Turban on July 11 for a vacation I had planned on July 27th. I paid for the expedited shipping that's stated on their website would be 3-5 business days so I just knew I was in the clear. I didn't receive my Turban until August 3rd. I don't have anything to say about the Turban itself because I didn't get it in time for my vacation. If your planning a trip, give it about a month to receive this product.”
