“The swim turban does not work. Even if you completely cover your ears with the cap and make sure it’s flat against your head and covers your hairline, water still gets in. My hair is shoulder length and every time I’ve used it, the back of my hair is soaked once I get out the pool. Don’t waste your money, the return policy is you can’t open the package, which means by the time you see it doesn’t work, you are put $50.”
“I bought these for a family vacation. My mother and my sisters each took a color. My mother lived the onyx and used it everywhere. The caps are properly fitted despite different head Susie’s and sizes. The colors are beautiful. Would definitely recommend to friends.”
“Never received the swim turban. I ordered two back on around 6/10/23. They remain “unfulfilled” on my order status…I called and sent emails with no response. I would rate it the customer services as terrible or non-existent. I am currently awaiting a refund from PayPal and they have not resolved to them either. Save your self some time and money. Order from somewhere else.”
