“while the turban seems nice, I was cheated out of my money for expedited shipping. Customer service is non existent. They do not respond to any communication (phone r email). The shipping times are all a lie. terrible business practices. Got mine 6 weeks after ordering and missed the event it was ordered for (mind you more than 7 emails were sent just to get tracking info). EPIC FAIL. Ignoring problems with customers is not how you grow. GET IT TOGETHER.”
“I have not received to product. The day I ordered I emailed to Change the shipping address. I was Told it would be elevated and changed, and it was never changed.
I reached back out again with no resolution. So I still dont Have the product.”
“I was very excited to finally receive my swim turban. Once I received it, I immediately put it to use. I was truly impressed that my hair stayed dried. I spent at least 30 minutes doing laps; making sure I spent a good amount of time doing activity that would keep my head in the water. When I took the swim turban off my hair was dry. My hair style was still looking good. A friend with me said, “Now, I can place an order.” Thank you.”
