“No customer service and 1 month wait to receive my order.
Made an online order on August 11th for 2 swim caps for $112.19 (including $7.64 shipping)
I did not receive my order until September 11th.
I sent several emails asking on an update and why my order was not processing let alone shipped and received automated generic responses.
I then went to instagram and sent direct messages twice( weeks apart mind you) and no response. Finally I asked in the comment section on Instagram and still no response.
Considering the company is in Dallas Texas and I’m in Houston Texas I don’t understand how or why my order took a month to receive, and too not have any type of customer service or a response is such a disappointment.
Keep in mind during this whole month of waiting on my YGN order I ordered things from the UK and Australia and received them within less than 7-10 days.
I was happy to support a black owned, female owned company but I really regret this purchase.
I would return the items and request a refund but I’m tired of having to reach out to this company and don’t have the time nor energy to follow up with them for a refund/ return. I’ll take the loss and never purchase again as well as warn others.”
