“My experience with customer service was horrible. It took almost two months to receive this product and I only received it after filing a claim with PayPal for a refund since it never came and the seller was unresponsive. Then once I received it, it was too quite uncomfortable to wear. I felt like it would give me a headache to swim in this. This has been my experience with other turbans from this company as well, but I still decided to give the swim cap a try. This was just an overall unpleasant experience unfortunately.”
“I ordered my swim turban at the beginning of the summer, but didn't receive it until I complained that I had not received it after being told that it had been shipped. I send an email saying that I didn't need it anymore and was considering asking for a refund. Suddenly, it was delivered, though no one actually responded to the email until they were ready for a review. Poor customer service leads me to never purchase anything from here again. Especially at these prices. Since I have no need for the turban now, I won't be using it.”

“This is a fantastic piece. I love that my hair stays protected by the satin lining and I look stylish at the same time. I received so many compliments on my vacation when I wore this cap. Lots of the women didn’t believe it was just an easy twist on design . I actually took it off and showed them the cap inside and how easy it was to wrap it. They were speechless! I never repeated a website address so much in all my life. Lol. Get a few ! You don’t regret it.”
