“It took weeks to arrive! So I wasn’t able to take on vacation. Also it is sooooo tight I would never be able to comfortably wear it. They need to have more than one size. My head is smaller than 24 inches and it left deep marks on when I tried it on for less than 5 minutes. Customer service is TERRIBLE they don’t have a number to call and they do not answer your emails you only get a generated reply that says they received your email WTH?? The only positive thing is the outside fabric is nice and pretty. I would not recommend this company to anyone!”
“Aside from taking 26 days to get to me when everything official stated 7-14 business days. Claimed they didnt have the materials but I would not have known if I wouldn’t have reached out. By the time I pushed for a refund, they shipped it out. Once received, I realized it was the worst thing I ever ordered. Never would recommend this to anyone. My kid hates it. May as well get a swim cap and wrap a scarf over ur head bc this is solely for aesthetics. Sadly, I am very displeased with it all. Saw it on an instagram add. Never again taking a chance.”
