“the cqp was not made right it did not fit. It took 2 months to receive it. After I returned from vacation it was there. I opened it tried it on the lycra ripped. Not for ppl with long dreads. Worst part they refused to accept product because I had UT more than 6 days waiting for me to return from vacation. Poorly made sad state of affairs gets no stars”

I was so excited to get this after waiting 6 weeks for it to arrive. I tried it on for size and when I took it off a whole lot of hair came off my head too - my hair had stuck to the silicone interior and was ripped out. Ouch! For this reason, I sent it back and I was told my return was rejected as it had been worn. No cap and no refund for this girl.
While waiting for my (rejected) refund, I ordered a Hairbrella as their cap is lined inside with satin and guess what? It did not rip my hair out. It is gentle on hair and the cap is adjustable so you can take it off without ripping your hair out. Wish I had discovered the Hairbrella first as I would have saved my hair and the money I paid to buy it and send it back.”
