“I'm not sure I'm a fan. First off, it's tight on the head and should Not need a video to apply. Secondly, I ordered silver, but it appears as a muddy green. I thought I would look chic as well as protect my hair, but instead I look rather dorky. I would send it back if it did't cost me. It took too long to arrive and was rather expensive. I would not recommend it!”
“I ordered this 6 weeks ago , I was yold it would take 10 days at most, I cancelled the order several times and emailed, when I was on my holiday because I would no longer be needing it. I got not one response back.
It is saying I received this product, but I still haven't. This company has the WORST customer service!”
“The turban is beautiful and well made but it's so so tight that's causing me headaches. I can only wear it comfortably for no more than 10-15 minutes maximum. I understand that it has to be tight so the water doesn't get to your hair but it is not worth it to me to get such a headache that takes me a couple of hours to get rid of it. I have tried to reposition it so many times to no avail. I wish it wasn't the case. ☹️”
“Although I haven't used it in the water yet, I have no doubt it will keep my hair dry in the water. The only real issue I have with the product is that it only comes in one size. I have a very large head and a lot of thick hair. Once I twisted the turban up it was even tighter. I will probably give it to a friend with a much smaller head.
I also was dissapointed that it didn't arrive before my vacation but I understand the effects on supply chain etc. However, I would suggest being more upfront and communicative about delays.”
