“My swim cap is beautiful. I haven’t had the opportunity to swim in it yet, but i did try it on. I believe I will be ver pleased. However the customer service and shipping was horrible. I took a few weeks after the day promised to ship. This would have been ok if I were notified or even maybe compensated or given something complementary or a percentage off another item. Great customer service matters and brings the customers back. Great product though.”
“My experience with YGN was very poor. I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive product in time. After contacting customer service I was informed they had issues with their material distribution but they were working to to get the product to me asap. They offered a discount on future purchases only. I asked for a refund because I would not receive the swim cap in time for my trip. No refund was issued and no response to my email was ever provided. I did eventually receive the swim cap. It took over a month to get a product that I paid to be expedited. The swim cap is beautiful- but extremely tight. I eventually took it off after an about 30 minutes because it was giving me a headache. My hair was wet at the nap of neck and edges of my head- but the majority of my hair was dry. I would not recommend.”

“The only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 is because I haven’t tried swimming with it yet. I recently had a surgery and plan to do water rehab, but I have to wait a bit. So I ordered this to protect my hair. But the style is SUPER cute! And it fits well! Not too tight, not loose, wrapping it was easy. I plan to get a few more colors. I currently have braids, box braids/singles, just slightly smaller than medium size, braids are mid-back length. I put my hair in a bun and put the wrap/swim cap on with no problem”
