Dear customer, This review is fake. 1) We did refund orders we were not able to complete because account was banned. We have told you it will take up to 30 days so don't expect it next day. It is done by payment processing partner not by my team. 2) You have violated our terms and played on the account even we do not allow him to do it. 3) Also you told us you haven't joined your account at all. However, once booster provided screenshots you were playing you said "yes I was using account but....". Looks a bit shady to me. To sum it up: You have violated our terms and played on your account during boosting. You have lied us that you haven't used your account. We have refunded fully for all uncompleted orders because of that ban. Our booster never had any bans on any other account. Thank you
